To file a warranty claim, please email usa@bloombaby.com your proof of purchase or bloombaby.com order number, your full shipping address, detailed description and photos/videos of the issue.
Once your information is received it will take a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. Additional information may be required at which time a bloom member will contact you.
All warranty claims require a proof of purchase or bloombaby.com order number.
Product warranties do not apply to secondhand items, floor models, discounted items or purchases made through non-approved bloom retailers (ebay, craigslist, facebook marketplace etc). You must be the original owner to claim the warranty.
bloom warranty covers manufacturing defects for gear one year from confirmed purchase and soft goods 3 months from confirmed purchase. It DOES NOT cover any cosmetic or accidental damage done to the chair, general wear and tear or any damage caused by improper use not advised in the instructional manual.
