bloom only accepts returns for products purchased in the United States & Canada (click here for countries outside of USA) on the bloombaby.com website within 30 days from the time of purchase. All sale purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchanges.
All returned products must be UNUSED in UNOPENED, ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Product returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA #, obtained directly from bloom.
To obtain an RMA # you must contact bloom and provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. Any product returned without an RMA will either be refused shipment, returned to sender (at cost to sender) or destroyed.
All shipping charges related to returns are at the cost of the sender. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products to bloom. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once received, we will inspect and provide refund to original form of payment if item is new and unopened. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed.
- ORIGINAL PACKAGING - This includes bloom branded original carton, warranty cards, user guide and all internal packaging.
- UNUSED – Each product(s) must be unused. Due to hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used and opened, cannot be returned for exchange or refund. in particular, due to sanitary reasons, opened bedding, mattresses, and soft goods cannot be returned.
**Whilst UPS and other shipping methods are available at checkout, bloom has full discretion to ship your order in the most efficient method possible. Original and new shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
