bloom only accepts returns for products purchased in the United States, Mexico & Canada on the bloombaby.com website within 30 days from the time of purchase.
All returned products must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, NEW & UNUSED.
Product returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA #, obtained directly from bloom.
To obtain an RMA # you must contact bloom and provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. Any product returned without an RMA would either be refused shipment, returned to sender (at cost to sender) or destroyed. Please note that Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounted sale purchases are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
All shipping charges related to returns are at the cost of the sender. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products to bloom. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once received, the return will be inspected. If verified to be new and unopened, the refund will go back to the original form of payment in 10 to 14 days.
Note:
ORIGINAL PACKAGING - This includes bloom branded original carton, warranty cards, user guide and all internal packaging.
UNUSED – Each product(s) must be unused. Due to hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
